The Maytag Mountain Ranch Owners have common backgrounds, investment goals and a love of the outdoors.

The current Ranch Owners have common backgrounds and interests. They are successful professionals in their 40's to 50's living in large cities in Colorado’s front range and across the country. Most have children in the mid-teens to early 20's. They are interested in owning a ranch, initially as a second home with the ultimate goal of retiring on the ranch either on a full-time or part-time basis.

The Ranch is also attracting a number of potential owners looking for an immediate retirement location. These individuals share common interests of the present owners but are focused on locating and building a home to retire today. They plan to live on the Ranch full-time and create a life and lifestyle at Maytag Mountain Ranch and its environs for the long term.

Across the board current and potential owners are attracted to the Ranch by a love of the outdoors, the mountains and a western ranch lifestyle. Specific interests vary, but all are available on the Ranch; the cattle, agriculture and grass finished beef, horse riding, fly fishing and trail usage. Some of the owners have their own horses, others utilize the ranch provided horses and although skill levels differ, lessons and assistance are provided. The owners also share a desire for privacy, a place to escape from the city and connect with nature in a beautiful setting.
