Russ and Jeannie Maytag envisioned a community at Maytag Mountain Ranch, one which provided owners with opportunities for social life on the ranch, as well as a professional staff to make owners' lives and experiences on the ranch easy and fulfilling.
They have differentiated this from other Colorado ranches, giving owners choices of privacy and solitude as well as access to facilities with involved and like-minded Ranch neighbors who share western values and a vision of sustainability.
Your ownership of the Ranch is supported by our professional staff, including two Ranch Managers, one managing the Equestrian program, and one the ranching activities. Other ranching staff care for the natural produce gardens and seasonal tasks.
You will be welcomed by and get to know your Ranch neighbors, other homestead owners, successful and interesting people from across the U.S. who share the vision for the Ranch.
