HORSEBACK RIDING

Equestrians will love Maytag Mountain Ranch for its fully equipped seven-stall barn with a wash rack, tack room and lounge area that is available to owners. The Ranch owns six quarter horses that are maintained by Ranch staff and available to owners. Additionally, ranch managers will care for up to two of the owners' horses on a full-time basis.

Adjacent to the barn is a 70-foot round pen and 125 by 250 foot riding arena. An equestrian specialist cares for the horses and is available to assist and teach owners and their guests. Unique to Maytag Mountain Ranch is a multi-step Natural Horsemanship educational program designed to teach young and novice riders the best in horsemanship practices.
