Private ponds and streams stocked with trout flow throughout the Ranch land. Owners can enjoy fishing on the Ranch or head to southern Colorado's famous Arkansas River with Blue Ribbon fly fishing -- only a seven-mile drive from the Ranch – or fish the Rocky Mountain lakes in nearby San Isabel National Forest.

Abundant herds of elk, deer and antelope roam the Ranch. During hunting season, designated areas on the Ranch are open for private bow-hunting. The surrounding county is known for its bounty of big game. Game birds, including blue grouse, ptarmigan, wild turkey and geese, are also plentiful.
